In the mandate of
CORAD organizational management, the “Coordination Unit” was formed comprising 7 managers and Director who are significantly responsible for the elaboration of CORAD's strategic planning,
setting of Methodology, tools & Development Plan, the monitoring of achievements, and the setting up of HR Policies on Management,Finance and procedure in the realistic estimation of overall
management and programming in optimum level.
The managers are absolutely given themselves unto the warfare of social and livelihood development
of the plura-community of Chin indigenous population and totally maintaining and upholding the community spirit reflecting the humanitarian spirit as a whole, and passionately driven
by the love unto vulnerable communities in the context of social, agricultural and livelihood programs in the best case scenario.
